Conchobar which means lover of canines was found as a stray in horrible condition. He has several wounds on his face and legs which some appear to be cigarette burns, his penis sheath appears to have been sliced open exposing his penis and making it impossible for him to urinate. He's also slightly emaciated and anemic. He is going to need an emergency surgery to repair his penis. This procedure will not be easy nor will it be cheap. CONCHOBAR went to his foster home yesterday afternoon. As you can see from the photos, he has a long way to go. His bill with NHVS has been paid, but has wiped out our emergency fund and a significant portion of our operating funds. We still owe VERGI for providing emergency stabilization for him.
